Windsurf

Windsurf Cascade cannot call the Gonka API directly. Use Cline or Roo Code inside Windsurf.

Cascade BYOK takes an Anthropic key for a few Claude models. It has no custom OpenAI base URL.

Install Cline or Roo Code in Windsurf:

• API provider: OpenAI Compatible
• Base URL: https://api.proxy.gonka.gg/v1
• API key: your sk-…
• Model: a live id such as MiniMaxAI/MiniMax-M2.7

Cascade MCP (~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json) only adds tools. It does not choose the model.

The same base URL is documented on Cline and OpenCode. Shared notes on timeouts, MCP, and fallback are on Agents and IDEs.
